I am a retired educator and have lived in Kansas City all of my life. I have traveled all around the world and in the United States and I still learn something new about my home city, nearly every day. This blog is designed to highlight great food, chefs, museums, libraries, small business, artists and just all around great people and places in the Kansas City Metropolitan area. I am a lifelong learner, with the goal of expanding who, what and where I know everyday.
